Roofing
Protection starts with a sound roof. Replacements, repairs and flat roofs by our sister company, Affordable Roofing Systems, roofing in Contra Costa since 1989. Price yours from your address in minutes.
RoofingSolar
Generate your own power at home. GoSimpleSolar designs and installs Enphase and Tesla systems sized to how you use electricity and laid out to fit the house.
SolarEnergy
Battery storage, backup for the essentials you choose, and EV charging at home, planned to work with your solar or on their own.
EnergySolar works better when the roofer is on the same team
Most solar companies don't do roofs, and most roofers don't do solar. When the roof under your panels needs work, that's when two companies start pointing at each other. We built Go Simple Group so that never lands on you.
Roofer and solar installer under one roof
One company owns the roof and the array on it. If a mount leaks, there's no question whose call it is.
Roof check first
We inspect the roof before we design solar. If it won't outlast the panels, you hear that before you sign, not after the array is up.
An honest assessment, no pressure
If solar doesn't make sense for your house, your roof or your bill, we say so and leave it there.
Licensed in-house
The work is done under our own license, CSLB #948715. You can look it up before we ever meet.
A clean install
Conduit runs through the attic or inside walls, and flush IronRidge XR-10 rails sit under the entire array, so the system looks like part of the house.
Family-owned
We're the sister company of Affordable Roofing Systems, roofing in Contra Costa since 1989. You don't chase subs; we do.
Why we look at the roof before the panels
Panels stay on a roof for decades. If your roof has less life left than that, replacing it first saves you paying to take the array off and put it back later. We'll tell you honestly which side of that line your roof is on.
- Roof has years left — we design the array and leave the roof alone.
- Roof is close to due — one plan, one schedule: new roof, new flashing at every mount, then the panels.
- Panels already up — the array comes off, is stored on site, and goes back up on the new roof.
